The YMCA of Metropolitan Minneapolis has been serving the community for more than 140 years. We offer literally hundreds of programs for people of all ages to support our mission of building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, the life-changing work the YMCA does with children, teens, adults and families would not be possible without your donations.
Special Appeal: The Carl Pohlad YMCA Memorial Fund
In honor of the late Minnesota Twins owner Carl Pohlad, his dedication to improving the quality of life in Minneapolis and the many contributions to the children throughout the Minneapolis area, the YMCA of Metropolitan Minneapolis has established the Carl Pohlad YMCA Memorial Fund . Your donation may be UNDESIGNATED or DESIGNATED. Undesignated gifts support the YMCA's work throughout our community, and are used where needed most. You may also designate your gift to benefit a branch, a specific program, a capital project, or an endowment fund. Your gift will be processed through IATS (International Automated Transactions Service), a Ticketmaster company. Your total gift will go to the YMCA. You will be notified of your tax-deductible donation.
